Coaches play an important role not only in sporting life, but also the everyday life of the players they coach. They influence not only the development of football skills and performance but the development of our boys and girls as people and their approach to other aspects of their life.
The Carine Junior Football Club Committee invites aspiring and current coaches to express interest in coaching roles for all teams in Juniors (Years 3 - 6), Youth (Years 7 - 12) and Junior and Youth Girls (Years 3 - 12) in 2023. We welcome interest from within and external to the Club and from our older male and female players (current and former) who may be interested in learning the ropes.
An annual application process is in place to:
ensure we have the best coaches for Carine Junior Football Club teams to develop our players in a positive football environment; and
enable all parents and interested parties have an opportunity to coach Carine Junior Football Club teams.
A panel will review all applications and be in touch to discuss your interest further and arrange any interviews, if required.

Expressions of interest close on 31 January 2023, although the Club retains the right to appoint a coach from the pool of applications at any time prior.
