The annual Presentation Night is a night to celebrate a year of achievement and improvement and to recognise outstanding performances. Trophies are awarded in all Open Rules (Year 7 - 12) teams with the President's Trophy awarded to the player who polls the most votes in the Club. On this night, the Phil Cousins Award is also presented to the Carine Junior Football Club Volunteer of the Year, players achieving the milestones of 50, 100 and 150 games are celebrated and Life Members conferred.
On Sunday 17 September 2017, we welcomed players, parents and life members of our Club to the Innaloo Sportsmen's Club for our annual Presentation Night. Sunday had been a busy day for the Club with two teams playing in grand finals. While neither walked away with a premiership, we were incredibly proud of our Year 7 and Year 10 teams who made the grand final of their respective year groups and divisions and our Year 8 Cats and Year 12 Demons (combined team with Warwick Greenwood Junior Football Club) who made the finals in 2017.
We were also pleased that the president of the Hamersley Carine Amateur Football Club was on hand to present an award to the Year 12 player who polled the most votes. John Keeley was a former Carine Junior Football Club player and he was joined by Brendon Jarvis, a former parent of the Club and now Chairperson of the new Carine Clubrooms Committee. Many of our Life Members were also in attendance and it was with great pleasure that Barry Dedman was able to present our newest Life Member with his pin, welcoming him officially into this most special category of membership within our Club.
Award winners are listed below our gallery of the evening's event. You may 'right click' to select and save individual images for your use on social media.
