NOTICE OF 2025 AGM
Parents, please join us at the Carine Clubrooms at 7:30pm on Thursday 16th October for our AGM. 3 people from every team are asked to attend to represent and have a voice for our Club. Everyone in attendance will go into the draw to win $100 off their membership for season 2024.
We are in dire need of fresh faces to join our committee.
All positions will be declared vacant as we eagerly search for new talent to strengthen our club.
Don't worry if you're new to this, as roles can be shared and our outgoing committee members will be there to offer ample support. While all positions will be declared vacant, a few of our members will be setting down from their roles. We are looking for a new President, Auskick Coordinator, Events Coordinator, and Property Manager.
To make our club thrive in 2026, it is imperative that we fill ALL roles. There will be incentives to discuss if you join us in 2026:

If you are interested in any of these roles, please complete the attached form to nominate yourself. Remember, roles can be shared, so you won't be flying solo and will have a monumental amount of support.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the 2025 committee members for their tremendous efforts, especially the following departing members:
1. Mel Parkinson - Mel will be stepping down from her role after an admirable 5 years serving as President of Carine Junior Football Club.
2. Nat Stringer - Natalie Stringer will be vacating her role as Auskick Coordinator after two years of serving in this role.
3. Shannon Young - Shannon stepped into the Events Coordinator role this year after serving as Communication Officer for 2 years prior. We thank Shannon for her contribution.
4. Craig Groth - Craig has done an amazing job as Property Manager this year. He still supports the Club but as his children have grown out of Youth Footy, he has chosen to step out of the role and is ready to pass on to someone new.
Notice is hereby given of the 2025 AGM for Carine Junior Football Club Inc to be held at the Carine Clubrooms, Beach Road, Carine on Thursday, 16th October at 7:30pm.
